Sketches of Fishtown, Volume II is a collection of vignette comics illustrated by native Fishtowner Jeffro Kilpatrick. The Sketches of Fishtown project was an experiment between the cartoonist and local residents to preserve neighborhood memories and to celebrate local businesses and residents who made an impact on the small, blue collar neighborhood in the early stages of gentrification.
The book contains issues 53 - 102 of Kilpatrick's black and white inked comics that originally appeared in the local and free Spirit Newspapers. There are also some ads for businesses in the back and a heartfelt foreword by Kilpatrick's wife Joannie.
